If he sees you when you when you're sleeping & knows when you're awake, does that mean Santa works for the NSA?

Some are wondering just how close Santa is to the NSA.
I bet Obama used the NSA to tap into Santa's communications to learn what he's getting for Christmas #naughtylistObama

He knows if you been bad or good; so be good for goodness sakes. Santa or the NSA?

Santa – NSA Employee of the year. "He sees you when you're sleeping. He knows when you're awake"

Others think NORAD, which has traditionally tracked Santa, will be taking a back seat to the NSA this year.
If the NORAD Santa tracking website is slow I'm sure the NSA could tell you where he is.

It's more believable that instead of NORAD tracking Santa, the NSA is pinging his cell phone.
